The concept for Vetbees came about as a result of numerous pet owners calling our hospital when their pets were ill, verbally describing the symptoms of their pets, and asking whether they should bring their pets in right away or if they could wait. All of those inquiries must be answered without any visual aid, therefore we have to request them to send us a video of a sick pet so that our veterinarian can advise on the most effective course of action.
